Terms of Service

1. The service

The Platform is a solution for creating and managing social media content with artificial intelligence: generation of copy, images, carousels and video cuts, schedule planning, calendar organization, analytics and related features. Available features may vary according to the plan you subscribe to and may evolve over time.

2. Registration and account

• You must provide truthful information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account.
• The account is personal and non-transferable. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

3. AI-generated content

Content is generated by artificial intelligence models based on your instructions and your brand assets. AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing all content before publishing or using it, including with respect to third-party rights, accuracy and legal compliance. We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality or performance of any generated content.

4. Plans, credits and payment

• We offer a trial period with a credit allowance, with no credit card required.
• AI generations consume credits. Paid plans include a monthly credit quota, renewed each cycle.
• You may purchase additional one-off credits. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe).
• Subscriptions are recurring and renew automatically until canceled.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time, with no lock-in; access remains until the end of the cycle already paid for. One-off credits do not expire but are non-refundable. Refunds follow applicable law and the right of withdrawal, where applicable.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Platform for:

• illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, misleading content or content that infringes third-party rights;
• spam, fraud, reverse engineering, or any attempt to circumvent limits, security or credits;
• violating the terms of social networks or integrated third-party services.

7. Intellectual property

The content you generate and publish is yours. The Platform, the Infinity Social brand, the software, the design and the technology belong to AI Infinity Global Company LTDA and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal and non-exclusive license to use them.

8. Third-party integrations

The Platform integrates third-party services (for example, AI, payment and social media providers). Use of these services is subject to the terms and policies of each provider. We are not responsible for the unavailability of, or changes to, these services.

9. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, loss of data or outcomes of content you publish. Our liability, where applicable, is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the event.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time through the Platform itself. The handling of your data after closure follows our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will notify you through the Platform or by email. Continued use after the changes take effect implies acceptance of the updated version.

12. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of the consumer's domicile are elected to settle disputes, where applicable.
