Data Deletion

You can request the deletion of your data from Infinity Social at any time. Below are the three ways to do so and what is erased in each case. These options are available both to Brazilian users under the LGPD and to U.S. consumers exercising their privacy rights (e.g., under the CCPA/CPRA).
1. Delete everything from your account
Log in to Infinity Social, go to Account and use the Delete account option. This permanently removes your registration and all associated data: content, schedules, calendar, assets, social network connections, metrics, support tickets and sessions. The action is immediate and final.
2. Remove access via Instagram
If you connected Instagram and simply want us to erase the data obtained from it, remove Infinity Social under Instagram → Settings → Apps and websites. Instagram notifies us automatically and we erase the data from that account — the connection (access tokens) and the metrics collected (reach, views, followers). At the end, we generate a confirmation code that can be looked up on this same page.
3. Request by email
You can also write to contato@iainfinity.com.br requesting the deletion of your data. We will respond and complete the deletion within the timeframe set out in our Privacy Policy.
